The apartment is 100 sqm on 2 floors, with a big balcony overlooking the sea and town of Porat.
There is room for 6 persons. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining area, living room, well equipped kitchen and one additional small balcony on the first floor.
For your convenience we have 4 air conditioners (one in each bedroom + one in the living room), washing machine, free Wi-Fi, cable-TV, dishwasher, and much more...
2 fixed parking spaces.

Surroundings

The apartment is located in Porat, a highly sought after and peaceful part of Malinska.
170 meters from the sea, in a blind alley so there are no disturbing traffic. Nature is litterally just around the corner.
Fantastic bicycle and hiking trails starts a minute away from the apartment.
Within two minutes walk you will reach several restaurants, a bakery, multiple beaches, beach cafes and minimarkets.
Rijeka airport is 15 minutes away by car.

How far is it to the beach?

2-3 minutes walk to some of the best beaches in Malinska. And there are numerous of alternatives to choose from, and they are never overcrowded.

Water are crystal clear, and there are a couple of beach cafes within a minute walk.

Or, you take a 10 minutes walk to the wonderful Porat beach/Plaza Uhlic. Where the kids can jump into the water from a 2-3 meter cliff.

Is there car parking close to the apartment?

Yes. There are 2 parking spaces that belong to the apartment. Free of charge of course. So, once here you don't have to use the car again before returning home.

Does the apartment have air condition and free wi-fi?

Yes, 4 new air-conditioners were installed 2026. Now there is one in every bedroom downstairs, and one upstairs in the living room.

There is also free wi-fi and satellite TV.

How to check in and out?

Check in is normally at 16, check out until 10.

Jelena (from "Host 4you") will meet you at the apartment to give you all information you might need.

If you arrive at inconvenient hours, when Jelena is not available, we also have a keybox for you to get access to the apartment.

How far is it to restaurants, grocery store and bakery

You will find a bakery and a restaurant down in the lovely marina, only 2 minutes walk.

A personal favorite restaurant "Bistro Toni" is only 3 minutes walk.

More restaurants are within comfortable walking distance scattered all the way in to Malinska center.

Some personal favorites are "Vala - Bistro", "Primorska Koliba" or "Rova bistro and beach bar".

There are 2 grocery stores within 2-3 minutes walk.

You get the best drinks at "Porto pineta" at Porat beach, aproximatelly 10 minutes walk from the apartment.

Is the apartment child-friendly?

Yes. The apartment is at the end of a street, so there is no traffic immediately outside the building.

The entire surrounding breath peace and serenity, and is ideal for families.

You will notice that people on the island are very friendly and helpful.

There is a playground some minutes walk from the apartment.

Closer to Malinska center you will find the common tourist rentals, such as jet ski, paragliding and Inflatable water park.

Is there need for a car?

No. you can easily walk the surroundings. Preferably using the magnificent seaside riva.

But, car is an advantage if you like to explore the entire island.

What to explore or do in Malinska and on the island?

Enjoy the swimming and snorkeling. Bicycling some of our numerous tracks (some of them starts only a minute ride from the apartment).

Visit villages such as Vrbnik or Njivice. Go for wine tasting (you will be suprised how good locally produced wine there is on the island).

Visit Krk city with it's old town center.

Go by boat to visit fantastic beaches only accessible by boat.

How to get here?

Easiest way to get here is to fly to Rijeka airport. Which is actually located on the island only 15 minutes drive from the apartment.

There you will find both taxi and rental-cars.

Taxi is also easy to find on the entire island. We will be happy to provide you with trustworthy drivers.

Alternative airports within a couple hours drive is Pula, Trieste, Venice and Zagreb.

What is included in the price?

Towels, linen, final cleaning, wi-fi, satellite TV, parking are all inclided. What you see is what you get!
